Once again - no obvious game plan and no pattern of play from the lions. We beat the odd "big" team mostly because of individual brilliance or because the game becomes fast and loose. We all want to think that we've turned the corner but the reality is the result is just down to luck. Against composed teams we get thrashed.

Some perspective - Cash is the longest serving coach at any of the "big" unions, yet our team looks like it is still trying to find their style and game plan. By now we should know exactly what the lions will do on attack and defense. How they will set up and what they will look to do with and without the game....and yet we don't because it seems to change every game. This teams has no identity.

The majority of the players are good enough. And in a good system even average players look good. Coaches should develop players but our players don't develop or even get worse. Now, just like 10 years ago if you want to be a bok you can't play for the lions. Tambwe and Green were the start, Dayimani following and soon all our good youngsters will leave. Because who wants to play for clueless coach, in a losing team, with no hope of a springbok call up.

How do we turn up the heat on management? Who do we email or petition? Because this rot needs to stop.

Dis nie die verloor wat mens moerig maak nie.. het gedink dit gaan moeilik gaan in Nelspruit met 8 van ons beginspelers uit. Dis dat dit nie lyk of die ouens weet hoe om aan te val nie en die skokkende basics met tye!! Ons het eintlik die eerste helfte oorheers, maar steeds tandeloos gelyk met die bal in die hand en keer op keer besit onnodig afgestaan. Baie frustrerend om te kyk na so geploeter.
