Dink nie die probleem begin by die afrigter nie. @ Transvaal, kan jy dalk uitvind watter konsultante ons gebruik om Cash by te staan? Hulle het mos gese dat Cash bygestaan gaan word met specialist konsultante toe hulle hom aangestel het. Kan jy uitvind wat gaan hulle doen omtrent die verdediging?

Ons probleme ek dink is 'n kombinasie van onervare coaching en spelers, ook gebrek aan kwaliteit/ervare spelers.

Ek is glad nie voorstander van hierdie storie van om amper 10 afrigter te hê nie .... Leeus se afrigtings span die afgelope 5 jaar is nog altyd maar klein en meer vaart belyn .... die ding van groot afrigtingspanne kom van die Bulle af en dit het nog glad nie vir hulle gewerk nie ..... my gevoel is as jy so groot afrigtings span het jy n baie sterk hoofseun nodig om almal in dieselfde rigting te lei.... ons span lyk verwar op verdedging en aanval .... Dit lyk nie vir my of Cash die regte persoonlikheid het om al die baie toutjies bymekaar te sit en te hou nie

Hoekom kan ons nie ons Aanvals- en Verdedigingsafrigter Nieu Zeeland to stuur vir 3 x maande om te gaan leer nie? Ons Afrigters is vrot en is definitief nie op standaard nie. Ek stem saam met Monster - ons Afrigting span is te groot en te lomp. Wie is die huidige Analis? Die ou wat ons wedstryde moet analiseer soos JP? d

we certainly have waaaaaay to many chefs in the kitchen. 

(I hope I am wrong by) It looks like every coach gets 10% of the available time to cap h the players , we end up spending 10% of our training our defense , yet we defend for 50% of a game...
