Sigma Lions vs New Nation Pumas:

  • Vincent Tshituka: MCL (knee) grade 2; out for 6-8 weeks.
  • Jannie du Plessis: Knock on knee, still assessing the severity of the injury.

Other injuries:

  • Manuel Rass: Quad contusion; available in 1 week.
  • Divan Rossouw: Hamstring; available in ± 2 weeks.
  • Jaco Kriel: Following COVID-19 return to play protocols.
  • Roelof Smit: Grade 1 AC joint injury.
  • Tiaan Swanepoel: Fractured right fibula, ± 3 weeks left ahead of return.
  • Wilhelm van der Sluys: Shoulder injury; 5-6 weeks left ahead of return.
  • James-Henry Mollentze: Knee injury; ± 5 months left ahead of return.
  • Willem Alberts: Hamstring; ± 5 weeks left ahead of return.
  • Asenathi Ntlabakanye: knee Injury; out for 1-2 weeks.
  • Luke Rossouw: Knee, ±7 months left ahead of return.
  • Gianni Lombard: ACL; 3-4 weeks left ahead of return.

Sonder Vincent en Jannie is dit 14 spelers wat beseer is, waarvan seker ten minste die helfte potensieel die starting 23 behoort te kan haal. Beserings is nie n verskoning nie, maar met soveel spelers uit, is dit geen wonder ons sukkel so nie.
