Davids did well the one season with the kings in super rugby, where they did a little better than everyone expected, and they were very competitive. They still lost most of their games though.. But apart from that one season they have been cannon fodder, so I have no idea why the Lions would be interested in him. As I said before, we need to do what WP did and aim high! Get an international coach in to raise the bar a bit!

$$$$$$, ons kan maar net hoop. Nie dat ek dink Cash en span sal sleg doen as hulle nou formeel aangestel word nie, maar ons kort nuwe bloed en nuwe idees. Klein dingetjies wat n groot verskil maak. Mens kon bv sien dat Mitchell Eng se forwards afrig. Hansen en kie moes vir Robinson ingebring het 2 jaar terug al met nuwe idees en plannetjies.

Dit kan dalk Cash wees, maar ek hoop hulle stel eerder 'n ervare afrigter aan. Cash het nie sleg in die Curriebeker gedoen in die 2 jaar wat hy die hoofafrigter was nie, net 3% slegter wen rekord as Ackers

Stem saam, ons kort iemand met ervaring.  Die enigste rede omdat ek dink dit is hy is omdat die aanstelling so vinnig gebeur.

ek hou baie van russel winter,maar lyk my nie julle rate hom hoog nie.ej weet hyt ons verkaat vir wp maar moet verstaan hyt onder akkerman gecoach en op daardie staduim was daar nie vooruitsigte vir hom nie

Ek weet nie ek dink ons het 'n meer ervare afrgiter nodig gehad sodat die jong manne by hom kan leer en ondervinding op tel jy kan nie in so kompetisie net inkom met bietjie ervaring en jy gaan goed doen nie kyk maar vir Swys met sy ondervinding het hy op tye maar gesukkel sonder Ackerman na hy weg is dalk is daar nie baie groot ervare afrigters in die mark nie kom ons wees positief dalk is dit 'n goeie skuif as dit so gebeur maar hy sal my moet bewys want CC is anders as super rugby

Ek dink wie ookal die afrigter is, is in vir bumpy ride. Ons is in groot oorgangsfase met spelers en mense by die unie.

Cash is al baie lank by Unie en het gecoach saam met John/Dick/Loffie/Ackers/Swys etc. 10+ jaar op die hoogste vlak is genoeg ervaring imo. Ek is meet bekommerd oor spelers as die coach to be honest. Soek stutte en slotte!

Jy kan baie ervaring he, maar daar is net soveel afrigters wat werklik, goeie game plans, defensive plans ens kan maak en dit maak werk, as die afrigter nie so tipe persoon is nie, dan moet hy dai tipe tools gegee word in die sin van assistente, en as dit nie gaan gebur nie dan gaan ons swaar kry.
