Libbok Named Vodacom Fans' Player of the Season

   Manie Libbok has been
recognised in the United Rugby Championship Awards by being voted the Vodacom
Fans’ Player of the Season.

The 25-year-old DHL Stormers fly-half finished the regular
campaign as the leading points-scorer with 167 from 16 appearances.

Adding a further 18 to that tally with a 100 per cent
success rate from the tee with three conversions and four penalties as the DHL Stormers advanced to the semi-finals by beating the Vodacom Bulls 33-21 in Cape
Town.

As DHL Stormers secured their Vodacom URC Grand Final spot, Libbok added an additional 23 points with two tries, five conversions and one penalty in their semi-final against Connacht

Libbok was named the Vodacom Player of the Match after
helping the DHL Stormers move a step closer to retaining their title in front of
47,261 at the DHL Stadium in the Vodacom URC Semi-Final

The BKT Coach of the Season and Players’ Player of the
Season are to be revealed next week in the build-up to the Grand Final on
Saturday May 27.
