Sharks end the Lions season
Lions fail to repeat last years win in Durban
The Sharks ended the Lions season on Saturday
by beating them 29-14 in Durban in a Currie Cup
semi-final. Both teams scored two tries, but the Sharks
were already in a commanding 26-7 lead at halftime.
The Lions were poor in the first half, making too many
mistakes and conceding far too many penalties and
allowing the Sharks to convert them into points and
basically run away with the match.
