Subject: Dylan Smith bids Lions farewell

The Lions Rugby Company (Pty) Ltd. (LRC) and Dylan Smith have agreed to a mutual separation with immediate effect.

The LRC and Smith share fond memories respectively.

“I would like to take this opportunity to wish the Lions all the best for the future. A big thank you to the players, coaches and administrators, you have all made such a big impact on my life over these last eight years. Lastly, thanks the Lions loyal fans. It has been a privilege to play for you. Wishing the boys all the success in the future," says Smith.

Nogal skielik en uit die bloute uit, maar ek dink Sti Sithole is in elk geval die nommer een loskop by die Leeus op die oomblik, en Ruan Dreyer en Nathan McBeth cover seker dan op loskop. Onthou die unies mag ook net 45 senior speler kontrakteer

there is a paragraph in this news 24 article that can be read in a couple of ways , when I 1st read it I got the idea that he is following Orie to WP

Ek het gehoor daar is n moontlikheid dat Kitshoff ook oppad is. Hy en Pet Stefh sal n groot leemte los.

Ek moet se ek sal nie mind as ons vir Kitshoff kan kry nie.

Vermaak is baie underrated. Hy speel glad nie sleg nie.

Left pillar Dylan Smith joins Stade Français Paris as Quentin Béthune's medical joker for the end of the season.

The South African comes to strengthen the pack of Pink and Blue to compensate for the long-term absence of our left pillar. At 26, the Super Rugby resident has always played for the Lions (Xerox Golden Lions & Emirates Lions) with whom he has walked the professional turf 91 times already (including 52 Super Rugby matches).

Dylan won the Currie Cup in 2015 and was a two-time finalist (2014, 2019). He was also a three-time Super Rugby finalist in 2016, 2017 and 2018 but was never crowned.
