The Lions have announced a Black Friday deal in an effort to sell season tickets ahead of the 2020 Super Rugby season.

According to a statement released by the franchise on Thursday, full membership prices start at R1 790 and on Black Friday - November 29 - buyers will only pay half price on a second membership.

The same will apply to a 'gold' membership, which goes at R2 750 with a second membership also going at half price.

The promotion will run from 07:00 on Friday until midnight.

The Lions open their 2020 Super Rugby campaign with a clash away to Argentina's Jaguares on February 1 and memberships are available on the Lions' official website.
