I actually like the group. Possibly some names have stayed behind to be rested for the game against the Reds.

Can we really afford to "rest" certain players? I don't think we have the luxury to do that, we need our best team in every single game just to stay competitive

We also have to rotate wisely. I have a feeling that we will see a fair amount of player rotation this season. That we will keep players fresh and hopefully injury free. I have read a fair amount on the Saracens affair, and it was interesting to see some of the comments on the effect quality depth has on the performance of a team. Saracens had a huge squad with top quality players. In the same way, we have depth in most positions, but need to build the experience that our talented youngsters need.

So ons weet Green cover heelagter, dan sal Matthews seker vleuel cover. Ek sou wel vir Stean en Simelane daar wou sien vir ondervinding.

Roelof seker nog nie oor sy niggle nie..

Jamba Ulengo has a grade 2 tear of his calf muscle and was not eligible for selection for the tour.
