This was a chance to fix that by applying larger pay cuts to people out of line with their position.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Once you cut someone that is already underpaid , they will just leave when the first opportunity comes. People that know they’re overpaid , can’t go anywhere and will absorb the cuts</div><div><br></div><div>In the lions case , I would rather cut Janine du Plessis by 50% , vs expecting someone like Carly Sadie taking one&nbsp;<br><div><br></div><div><br></div></div>]]>
