The Round 1 BKT United Rugby Championship fixture between Cardiff Rugby and Munster at CardiffArms Park has been rescheduled and will now kick off at 15:05 UK on Saturday,September 17.


Originally dueto take place on Friday night (19:35), significant logistical challenges haveoccurred due to the visit of HRH King Charles III and the Queen’s Consort toCardiff on September 16.


Broadcastfacilities for both the host broadcaster (BBC Wales) and other TV facilitiesproviders will be engaged in the coverage of the visit and the drain onavailable resources has resulted in the rescheduling of the game.


The BKT United Rugby Championship would like to thank both Cardiff Rugby and Munster for theirunderstanding in this matter which has occurred under very uniquecircumstances. It is also appreciated that BBC Wales made every effort to keepthe fixture in its original date and time slot.


The Cardiff Rugby vMunster will be broadcast live on BBC Wales, RTÉ 2, Premier Sport, SuperSportand URC.tv.
